At Accessible Home Health care, our Director of Nursing evaluates our staff weekly for the first 90 days and thereafter on a monthly basis. Through our Interactive Quality Assurance Program we tie together the patient, family members as well as their medical team to evaluate and ensure that the care provided is truly professional and of the highest level.

Our Quality Assurance Program team will also evaluate patient files on a regular basis and conduct random phone interviews to make sure that the patient is fully satisfied with the home care they are receiving.
