CAREGIVER 10 COMMANDMENTS

Accessible Home Health Care staff and caregivers are provided with a set of Ten Commandments at the time of hiring.
We are all required to abide by these at all times.

     Caregivers pledge that

They will always be on time to care for their patient.

They will always respect the dignity of their patient.

They will always stay current with and follow the patients Plan of Care.

They will always ensure that their patient takes medication on time.

They will always leave their patient in responsible hands before leaving.

They will always adhere to their patients dietary needs.

They will always be compassionate to their patients.

They will always communicate respectfully with their patients.

They will always be aware of their patients needs in case of an emergency.

They will always communicate changes in patients condition promptly.
